Your initial visit typically lasts 45–60 minutes. Our doctors will take time to understand your health history, perform a thorough examination, and discuss a personalized care plan tailored to your goals.
Check In & Paperwork
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete your new patient intake forms, or download and fill them out in advance.
Health History Review
Your doctor will review your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals in a private consultation.
Thorough Examination
We perform a comprehensive chiropractic examination including postural analysis, range of motion, and orthopedic testing.
Your Care Plan
Based on your exam findings, your doctor will explain their recommendations and answer all your questions before any treatment begins.
Save time at your visit

Complete your paperwork before you arrive and spend more time with your doctor. Print and bring the completed forms to your first appointment.
